had an overdose of food last weekend!
mom's friend from singapore - aunty olive came down for a visit wf a couple of her friends. it was none other than bringing them to ipoh's best food!

#1 rasa lain!
hurray to claypot crab glass noodles and bouncy fishballs! and got to try the cheese baked prawns which was also a must eat there. prawn was ok but the cheese was zomg cheese-licious! i literally scooped the last cheese there.
#2 tau fu fah
this would be considered the best tau fu fah in ipoh? comparable to funny mountain's! located in bercham, my family will always make a pit stop here after dinner if we were around the area.
#3 yum yum
scrumptious thai food! yums~
#4 indulgence!this would be the best dinner of all! food was awesome (although a tad slow) but nevertheless worth the wait!

my personal fave would be the fettucini (which was my order). the crispy roasted chicken skin definitely did its best in accompanying the not too creamy pasta. meanwhile for desserts (which is total love!), the bread pudding is a not to be missed! served warm, it was total worth saliva tasting for! but i had to give macaroons a go. too sweet for my liking.
and its end month already! soon to get my first ever paycheck! and my department have moved to a new office room also! so hello to new environment for a new month! =)

was behind the wheel all ALONE today!
after more than 1 week of driving to work wf my dad by my side, i can officially move around alone! but only to work as my sense of direction is total zero! but still, feeling proud of myself. 1/4 road to independence - SUCCESS!
and i got to use my new car sunscreen - a belated birthday present from leong! was feeling ecstatic as i have been searching for a hellokitty sunscreen for long! =)
one step closer to being a kittified car! ♥

just a simple post to say that i have survived 1 week at work!
nothing much to do yet, but i can imagine myself in chaos moments soon! the only complain would be that my place is so cold that i shiver all the time! thus leading my lips to get dryer and dryer day by day. so hello to many many lip balms and lip gloss!

okay sorry for the short post before this. i just did not have any materials to blog! so i guess im ready to have a new post wf some pictures. =)
like i've mentioned earlier, im really excited for this year's birthday because im 22 on the 22nd! double the happiness i guess. hehe. this birthday would be a little less chaos without the uni mates. i miss celebrating birthdays wf them!
had a be-early celebration wf the family at brewster's. no pictures as i was too lazy to even bring out the camera. yes, im trying my best to not be so lazy! anyway, we ate til we were so stuffed, as most of the dishes that we've ordered were quite meaty & cheesy! and this would be the first time i've been to the new location in greentown ever since it moved from its previous location in old town.
and had another celebration wf yinyin and bernard on the eve of my bday! we had exactly 4 meals for the day! from jusco's mcD to sushi king to de garden's fruit land and our last stop in station one. will post pics once i get it from yin.
besides, i happily pampered myself on my actual day! went for facial wf mummy, and then to jusco where mom bought me a bag that i've wanted in vincci! love the bag once i saw it. and would best use as a working bag. i just realize most of the bags i have are too childish to bring to work!

and the best surprise would be this!

besides, bro also got me a present! he got me something that i have already. so happen that the handphone holder was also a bday gift from my friends years back!
my previous one is now used as a cosmetics holder
and i did made one of my most important decision on that day. i've finally accepted a job offer, and if all goes well, i should be starting work next monday! and the great thing is, yinyin is going to be my colleague! from primary to secondary school; to university and being room mates, classmates and group mates; and now to work, i guess we are just fated to be together! =)
and and and, for the past few weeks, i had been appointed to do my family photo album for our shanghai trip. it was usually mom who does them for the past trips, but since i was the super free one - being jobless and doing nothing everyday, i HAD to do it.
but no thanks to me procrastinating, what could easily be done in days took me weeks to finish it! after successfully pasting the last pic, i can say im proud of my work! it really isnt easy to arrange the pics as well as cutting them while writing some notes bout our journey. and besides the fact that the trip was 6 months back, i did tried my best in recollecting the memories! my blog has definitely made it easier as i had already blogged about this.
look at the amount of pics! the above stack is just 1/4 of the total! fitted perfectly into 2 albums~
i think i am most happy when doing on the food

just something random, got this cute looking tray from tokutokuya the other day.
it does put a smile on people's face!

greetings from big head kitty!
just another random post.
i came across these bags last year. but when i saw it again this year, i suddenly had the urge of getting one!
say hello to hellokitty shopper bags!
both are from harrods which is a high end department store from London! so yea, the bags arent cheap either.
and apparently there is one in malaysia's klcc! well, i really wanna see the bags live in front of me, so hopefully i'll get a chance to go there soon! =))
